🤖 Robotics Setup Guide

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • A stable workspace

  • Power source as specified

  • Internet connection (if required)

  • Basic technical understanding


Step 1: Unboxing & Inspection

  • Carefully unpack the robot

  • Check all included components

  • Ensure no visible physical damage


Step 2: Power & Connections

  • Connect the robot to its power source

  • Attach any required cables or modules

  • Do not force any connectors


Step 3: Initial Power On

  • Power on the robot

  • Observe startup indicators (lights, display, sound)

  • Allow the system to initialize completely


Step 4: Calibration (If Applicable)

  • Follow on-screen or provided calibration steps

  • Place the robot on a flat surface

  • Do not interrupt calibration


Step 5: First Test

  • Run the basic test function

  • Verify movement, interaction, or response

  • Ensure normal operation


Safety Notes

  • Do not expose to water or extreme heat

  • Keep away from children unless supervised

  • Turn off power before making adjustments

Before You Upload

Ensure your file:

  • Is in STL or OBJ format

  • Has correct dimensions

  • Is free from major mesh errors


Step 1: File Upload

  • Upload your 3D model through the website

  • Confirm scale, orientation, and units


Step 2: File Review

  • The file is checked for printability

  • If issues are found, you may be contacted


Step 3: Material & Printing

  • Suitable printing material is selected

  • Printing begins after approval


Step 4: Quality Check

  • Printed product is inspected

  • Structural and visual checks performed


Step 5: Shipping

  • Product is securely packaged

  • Shipped to the provided address


Common Issues & Solutions

Robot not powering on

  • Check power connection

  • Ensure battery or power supply is working

Robot behaving unexpectedly

  • Restart the system

  • Re-run calibration

3D print looks different from expected

  • Check uploaded file dimensions

  • Printing quality depends on model design
